This will, in the future, be known as the week of doom.

So one of my challenges to myself this week involved doing approximately twice as much work every day as I need to be doing in order to work on Cicatrix. The theory behind this? After this week, everything will seem easy and possibly even like a vacation.

I am aware that this reasoning is not what most people would call sound. But I'm willing to try anything in order to unfuck my work schedule.

Did it work? I won't know until next week, when I assume the work schedule I need for Cicatrix. But I got a *lot* done and actually met all of my goals.

Which is not to say I got *everything* done. But more than usual.

Also: A sale, a sale! "Ereshkigal's Proposal to Hades" and "The Oracle Never Dances" will be in Mythic Delirium. Ordering info will be supplied when available.

Tonight we are going to The Bloggess's reading; tomorrow is a college visit, and Sunday is me collapsing into a quivering heap of exhaustion I don't know yet, must consult the dudes.

thespian and I are planning to see The Bloggess tonight, too! I wonder if I can get her to pose for a picture with us holding a spatula or something? :)

In fact, we got a photo of us with her holding a wooden spoon, an ice cream scoop, and a cheese plane. :)

Awesome! We were stuck in the eternal line and had to go before we could get a picture of Copernicus strangling Elayna. :(
