Knowing is half the battle
Who wants to do dinner Friday night? Also, I hear Risotteria is small - any recommendations for restaurants with good gluten-free menus?

And I'm especially interested in good GF-friendly restaurants in Queens, near the Hall of Science, since that's where I'll be Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Small and crowded, unless you go early, but ENTIRELY worth it.

Lili and Loo's is a pan-Asian place with a good gluten-free menu and a lot of space. Just whenever they tell you something is spicy, don't believe them.

Oh, oh, OH -- also Emporio! It's a little bit pricier than Risotteria or Lili and Loo's, but it is SO GOOD (Italian, fresh, local, organic ingredients; gluten-free pasta and pizza available, tastes like my grandmother's cooking. They will do a gluten-free nutella pizza for dessert (and offer other gf desserts as well). Pretty decent for groups, as they have some long tables, but make a reservation).

I can't be of much help. I don't go into queens very much, and I rarely eat at restaurants.
