Seizure record

I have a bit of a towering resentment over logging simple partial seizures, so I never really have. Complex partial, sure. But with simple partial - those are smaller, less dangerous, I don't lose consciousness. They don't require me to stop driving. And they're frequent enough that I don't want to deal with "oh poor 'song" every time I have one. It's fine, I'm just collecting data for my neurologist.

My incidence of simple partials has gone up markedly in recent months. I've been aggressively not keeping track, so I don't have hard data. So I'll start.

Today, around 3:15? Hand started jerking, followed by arm, followed by other arm. Nothing to do but wait it out and be watchful for signs of it generalizing from single to complex or grand mal. Several minutes of just wait and be calm.

Settled down eventually, though it did move to my legs before scampering off altogether. Then I slept. Was nap-ready anyway, and the whole "all your neurons firing" thing takes a toll. No cognitive issues tonight.
