Happy birthday to ardaniel and purplefrog26!

Full-body ache from temperature and air-pressure hijinks. It was 20 below on Monday, in the teens yesterday, and we're getting hit with another snowstorm this afternoon/tonight.

Help some people!
saraphina_marie needs to find a new home for her beloved dog Javert, who has decided that her new baby is prey. Javert needs a home with no cats or kids. Sara's based in Nashville, but is willing to travel to get Javert to his new home!

Speaking of Nashville, marajs needs a job there! "I've done call center work for many years, but also have a solid background in things like secretarial work, warehouse/shipping/receiving and such and I'm a very quick learner. I would also greatly appreciate whatever good energy anyone can send my way because the alternative is moving back to Chicago and living in the parents' basement. It wouldn't be pretty."

And thesilentpoet is still selling books to raise money to go to a library conference - and now she's also selling yarn.

Lastly, you can help me! The FDA was supposed to standardize labeling requirements for gluten-free products by 2008. It has not done so. Please tell the FDA to get off their butts and do this already!

Work, home - I did not get a nap yesterday or Monday, and I am really feeling the lack, so I must nap today! No plans tonight.
