Tew's Day

Administration
Happy birthday to joemorf!

State of the 'Song
Strangely, for no going-to-work and a busy day, I was not tired yesterday. Had difficulty falling asleep, even. Huh.

Yesterday
I have not heard back about the nurse, but a check of my work e-mail shows me that I have three voicemails on my work phone. Which is higher than average, so maybe they called me there. (Even though I told them to call me at home but oh well.) If those aren't from the school, I'll e-mail again and cc the higher-ups.

Besides getting Cicatrix work done, I cleaned my home office and photographed and listed a bunch of jeans and pants (some of them leather) on eBay. If you're anything from a size 0 to a size 8, check it out. Pants larger than 8 I set aside for donation last year, I think. I should look for 'em.

Most of the big things on my to-do list are done. And verily I say *phew*.

Link Soup
* The redoubtable Miss csecooney has a new story out!
* We are not making this for Thanksgiving.
* But we may make these.
* Pretty fanart.
* Realms of Fantasy purchased by Damnation Books. *looks at website* HAY GAIZ FISHB00BS 4EVA.

Link Soup: Daily Science Edition
* The Large Hadron Collider has successfully created a "mini-Big Bang" by smashing together lead ions instead of protons. !!!
* The messenger interleukin-27 plays an important role when the human body blocks inflammations.
* Sudden unexpected death in epilepsy (SUDEP) is the most common cause of epilepsy-related death...New findings from the Centenary Institute and the University of Sydney have revealed faulty heart genes may be the missing link.

Plans
Work, home to write and do the other things on my list, Diesel.
