Sunday Miscellany

* Elayna is on her way. The red cap upgraded her to business class! I think he was worried about her travelling alone; yes, she's 15, but she looks younger. Either way, we'll take it.

* Adam's mom and her friend have gone back to NY, so no Craigie on Main for us. :( On the bright side, we get a much more relaxing evening. They're both great, but... agh. There are issues, and it's hard to have conversations, and it is just stressful. Also the friend seems unwilling to believe that celiac disease is a real thing, and had a constant low-level expression of said lack of belief, and I get very sick of reiterating that this is an actual medical condition and it is not just me being sensitive.

* I'm less stressed over sending Elayna to Explo than I was about sending her to Israel. I think because Explo is a known quantity. Yes, I'll miss her terribly, but I know she'll be having a good time.

* I am going to go knit now. I'm eight rows from the end of the wristwarmers; then I'll just need to sew them up. I'll be photographing them tomorrow. Also I need to block the scarf tonight so I can photograph it tomorrow.
