* To decide if we're going Wordpress or Drupal. Anyone with either skillset able to volunteer?
* A Wordpress/Drupal whiz on call the day of. I'm managing Team Venture, blogging myself, and most likely keeping the alt.blogathon blog running, I will not have the spare cycles to fix the site if it goes wonky.
* Graphics. An "alt.blogathon" header, and icons/banners to publicize.
* A decision on whether we're using alt-blogathon.com, altblogathon.com, or altblogathon.org, because bless tanyad and awfief, we have got those to choose from.
* Backup/assistant(s) for me on the running-the-blogathon tip. I will take point and get shit done, but having a few people to tap will make this much less crazy.
