I know I should be tracking my food intake to see what causes fibro and IBS flares, but I lack the attention span. Thanks to the brain damage and/or anticonvulsant side effects.

I also know that I ought to cut out caffeine. Dude, I'm exhausted all the time. Need a cup of coffee just to kick-start me. Keep drinking it so I won't fall down. Lose the coffee,lose that semblance of functionality.

What I really hate is when when part of my bodyfuckery precludes doing that which ought to help another area of the bodyfuckery.
