Hello to new reader sraun!
Yesterday was a workout, and I am feeling it. I was incredibly fatigued, too. More so than I should've been. Yes, I was up to greet the dawn, but I had a two-hour nap.
Okay, I'll rephrase last night's statement: Forumites who want a custom title, please tell me what you would like that custom title to be.
Wind Tunnel Dreams
With the Gojirawitz Girls Challenge hauling everything off course, I feel like I've been doing nothing but WTD for ages. Much as I like delving into the past lives of my Shayara characters here and showing you these moments, I'm looking forward to the end of this run just so I'll have time to edit stuff, concentrate on writing other stuff, actually submit stuff, et cetera. I'm in the weird position that WTD is pretty much my job at this point, but it keeps me from stuff that I would like to be my job. And I know a lot of this is overload because I haven't had a week off from it in far too long. I want more time to work on the Shayara site. I want to dive back into Places You Haunt. I have so many other projects rattling around in the writerbrain. No time.

It is well established that the brain uses more energy than any other human organ, accounting for up to 20 percent of the body's total haul. Until now, most scientists believed that it used the bulk of that energy to fuel electrical impulses that neurons employ to communicate with one another. Turns out, though, that is only part of the story.
Wearing: Donut pajamas.

Writing: Shayara WTD, silly!
Friday: Hauling cruft into the living room and pricing it. I fully expect yard-sale prep to take most of the day.
Saturday: Yard sale! If I have energy after the yard sale, I'll meet up with lightcastle and his birthday entourage.
Sunday: Harvard Square MayFair, if I'm feeling up to it - we still need to buy Mother's Day gifts. Sunday evening, I'll be packing raffle winnings to be mailed on Monday.
