Tew's Day

Bit rough last night, painwise. And I woke up at 4 AM. We'll see how today goes; I'll definitely need a nap!

Richard Kadrey's Butcher Birdwas one of the best books I read last year. Now you can read it for free.

Link Soup,Science Edition
* NASA Baffled by Unexplained Force Acting on Space Probes
* Scientists at a Japanese university said Thursday they believed another planet up to two-thirds the size of the Earth was orbiting in the far reaches of the solar system.
* Can a thinking, remembering, decision-making, biologically accurate brain be built from a supercomputer?
* U.S. study shows why winter is "flu season".

Daily BPAL

The Clod and the Pebble: Rose otto, clove, patchouli, Indian sandalwood, nutmeg, and cedar.
In bottle: Spicy cedar!
On me: Spicy cedar. This is kinda like Kathmandu without the lotus.

The Flower Song: Pomegranate wine, lotus root, river reeds, hyssop, and barley.
In bottle: Sweet pomegranate lotus love!
On me: The reeds and barley join the still-dominant pomegranate-lotus. Mmm.

Her Voice: Hyacinth, beeswax, wild roses, vanilla amber, lily of the valley, tiger lily, honeysuckle, carnation, and heliotrope.
In bottle: Sedate florals. This is like walking into a florist's shop.
On me: Yep. Florist.

Longing: Rose geranium, frankincense, Ceylon cinnamon, golden musk, bay rum, and bois du rose.
In bottle: Little cinnamon, little musk, but not much else.
On me: Yeah. Meh.

* Dude, I am still uploading Shayara art and stuff.
* Write Wind Tunnel Dreams
* Update WTD site with February's stuff and the pictures of the jewel-queens' shinies.
* I'm well enough now to get a little exercise in.
* Write more Shayara - and that item will be on my list til the end of time.**plotzes**

I won't be at Diesel tonight, as I am incredibly peopled-out from this weekend. Date night with feste_sylvain instead.
