* This story was written in the improv style that I used in November - just show up in the morning and see what pops out. I'm not sure that works in a longer form; I'll have to edit when I'm not sick. Right now, I'm a bit dubious about the quality of the story, but about half of it's been written when I'm feverish and spaced-out, so I'm not the best judge. I'll prewrite February's if I get a chance and see what works better.
* I'm at the point in my illness where I keep craving things I don't have and can't get. Yesterday, it was that bread we get at Costco that has big chunks of garlic baked right in. Today, cornbread. Don't know why I want bread... maybe because my stomach's unsettled and I want something mild. (I would love some aloo gobhi, and I think it would clear my congestion like whoa, but a) I don't have much of an appetite, and b) I can't get that, either.)
* Nap now.
