"I can't tell you that!"
This is the same child who objected when I "spoiled" something that was right there in the lyrics of a s00j song. "You don't really want me to tell you."
Other than being frustrated that I won't tell her the rest of catvalente's story, our girl is doing very well, and she misses us, too.
*sigh* Just a few weeks. Then I'll have my girl back.
She's only four inches shorter than me now.
She has yet to finish Harry Potter, and almost had character deaths spoiled for her at camp. I allowed as how people shouldn't be openly discussing that sort of thing yet, but that she'd better get cracking or someone will spoil her inadvertently.
She is so excited about the Tori show. :) Did I mention that? The three of us are going to see Tori Amos in October; it'll be Elayna's first Tori show. She met her at a meet & greet when she was 18 months old, but was too young to go to that concert... she fell in love with Tori's music all on her own years later. :)
...I miss that kid like crazy.
