What do you do when you have a hard time letting go of anger?

I suppose I'm channeling it into my cleaning and organizing right now... but while that is using the energy in a positive way, it's not fixing the situation.

So, y'know. Tips? Specifically for when someone has done something that harmed you that was not malicious. Malice, I know how to deal with. I know that this person did not intend to harm anyone, and that's all well and good, but the harm still exists.

Yes, I've communicated with them and they know that I'm upset. So don't worry,if it's you, you already know it.

Nyargh.

Not going to let it affect my evening. Going to have a cup of tea and keep working on office organization. But. If anyone has any tips, it'd be cool to hear 'em.
