godDAMMIT I am sick of this. I am sick of being in full-body pain just because I had to go up and down the stairs a bit today. I did half of a balance ball routine (haven't done any yoga this week, so I wasn't up to a whole hour), balanced the checkbook, took a shower, and packed stuff up for my bpalanonymous spring switch witch person (which is what involved most of the stair stuff). And I'm in full-body pain.
The hell, man? That's not right. That's ridiculous. I mean yeah, I'm not Superwoman anymore. But I should be able to do more than this before being struck the hell down.

I have too much to do to have to coddle myself to this degree.
