Thor's Day

Vision boogly. Chest hurts. Etc. Exhaustion. Hand spasms.

Girl Scouts
Troop Leader has decided that the troop winter party will be from 1 to 6 PM. Troop leader can bite me. She'll criticize me for not having taken part in any big things this year, but I haven't been able to function long enough to do so. Which is why I've gone part time, for pete's sake.

I have bronchitis, anyway. So.

And the kids are going to the nursing home from 10:30 to noon tomorrow.

She has had a Girl Scout event every goddamn weekend from the first weekend of November til now, save Thanksgiving weekend. And I love Girl Scouts, I think the Girl Scout program is great, but there's a point at which it takes over one's life, and I am reeeeeally tired of this. This is our entire weekend.

(Sunday afternoon = a friend's birthday party. Nothing to do with Girl Sccouts. But Sunday morning = Girl Scouts.)

Other Crankiness
We are having homework issues, oh yes. Now, granted, I think there was a little too much homework this week, but I really needed her to jump on her homework yesterday after school, and she did her reading and 1/4 of her spelling and then proceeded to goof off til Adam got home (I was asleep). So I'm really gonna have to ride her ass on this stuff this afternoon - and she's a big girl. I shouldn't have to.

Get home - sort out presents - package up the presents to be mailed. (Mail them either today or tomorrow.) Do as much laundry as I can manage.

Yeah, it's not a lot, but please do remember that I can get serious chest pain just walking around the house.

*sigh* I apologize for The Cranky. I am just very sick of being sick.
