Scheherazade in Blue Jeans

I'll be reading from catvalente's The Orphan's Tales: In The Night Garden at Dragon's Lair tonight! 7:00. The panel is labeled "Bedtime Stories for Young and Old", so I assume that grownups are welcome. There will be punch and pie hot cocoa and maybe cookies.

And I might have a bit of the sequel to read, too. :)

So! Come to the reading. And buy her book, because it's really good.

Now I nap so I can be coherent at 7. Long day. Good day - some fantastic panels that I'll talk about tomorrow or Monday. Boskone rocks. It rocks in a very different way from Arisia, but it rocks nonetheless.

How well?

When I closed the book at the appointed time? There was nearly a riot. *laugh* Children wailed "NOOOOO!!!"

So, since there was nothing else scheduled in the room, I read for another half hour. :)

Kids *heart* Beast and the Marsh King, in particular. There were many giggles during that part. And there were a number of grownups in the room, too. Hopefully this will = more sales for catvalente. *beam*
