Friday!
Administration
Happy birthday to my beloved
docorion. :)
Medical
Exhaustion + nausea. Mild vision and coordination fuckery. Shortness of breath; no chest pain yet today. (Palpitations every damn day; I just haven't been noting them unless they've been occurring at the exact moment I'm typing my morning report.)
Parents
Mother tried to pick a fight over dinner. I refused to participate.
Boston now please?
They're taking Elayna to visit family in Roswell this afternoon; I'm staying home on grounds of exhaustion, which is true. It's been a far more active week than usual, and I've not had a single break.
Wearing
Dark red snug polo shirt with a cherry where the horse ought to be. Jeans. Hello Kitty panties. Piggie socks.
Reading
The IKEA catalog, in the car - duuuuude. I'm way late to the party, huh? But duuuude. I'm thinkin' it'd be cheaper to leave our bedroom set in Atlanta and just buy a new IKEA set ($149 for a queen bed?!?) in Boston - less bulk to move, can get a smaller truck, et cetera.
Our Amazon order, courtesy of Adam's gift certificate, just arrived, so after my parents leave and I have more than 30 seconds at a time to read, I think I'll be diving into The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror, Eighteenth Annual Collection. Always one of my most anticipated books of the year, and this year even more so, because it includes work by
catvalente!
Planning
Ha! Um. Napping. Going to bed as soon as I can get rid of my parents tonight.
Tomorrow: Seeing my parents off to Florida. Napping. Chasing fireflies with Miss Kid - I promised her she could stay up a little late for that.
Sunday: Getting Elayna all ready for school! Possibly dissecting the Owl Puke she got at the museum. We scheduled that for Monday, but Sunday may work better.
EDIT: Going to see Sky High Saturday or Sunday, whichever works better. :)
You?
