Yes, you get frustrated with your body not being able to do the things it ought to be able to do.
But when your back is in serious pain, it is okay to sit down and take a break. And if your spindizzies get bad, don't try to work through them; you'll just bang into walls. Sit down. Take a break. This is not laziness. This is taking-care-of-self.
