I never thought I would say this, but.... I love my insurance company. The dental branch, that is. I got a customer service rep who was actually helpful. And friendly. And efficient. And she actually had me put her on hold so I could call my newly-chosen dentist and make sure that they'd accept a call or fax from Aetna rather than waiting for the roster that only comes out once a month. The dentist will... and that receptionist sounded apologetic when she told me that their earliest appointment was 8:30 AM tomorrow.
I switched Elayna over too. yendi, you should maybe check this guy out too; I'll let you know how tomorrow goes!
Only problem with tomorrow? yendi has a conference and cannot come with me. I may need driving help, but it's early... *sigh*
