Elayna was recommended for Honors Algebra II this year; since she wasn't in Honors Geometry last year, this means she has a summer worksheet to do to catch up. She's on quadratic equations, which she was never taught, so - she is on the internets!

Adam: "Khan Academy. It's this one guy who made a video to help his niece, and then the whole thing just snowballed, and he has 1600 science and math instructional videos up now."

Elayna: "It's like Mark on the internet!"

Which makes me go six kinds of awww. feste_sylvain, you're still her favorite homework help!

My boyfriend loves Khan Academy. He listens to some of them while he's at work.

(He also went through Yale's Introduction to Psychology course the same way. They have various courses available online.)
