Help s00j and K!

Dancer/Holy Ground - by Iroshi
s00j and K are looking for a location for their Northeast Strowler Event. Ideal location would be public-transportation-accessible in or near Boston. Here's what they need, as set out by K; if you know of any place that suits their needs, comment here!:

We are seeking a location for our Neo-Victorian themed event with two or three nights of live acoustic music, circus arts, and theatrical performances.

We are now considering several dates for our event:
Sep 10-12
Sep 24-26
Oct 1-3
Oct 8-10

In addition to a primary concert / performance space in a ballroom or similar environment, we would also like secondary space to bring in a dozen or more vendors and possibly additional space for a "maker showcase" (a variant on the art show concept.) If available, and within our budget, we are also interested in a handful of "breakout rooms" to hold workshops and panels.

Based on our regional draw, we are expecting between 200 and 400 attendees over the weekend. We are expecting to need at least 100 or more room nights, although that number may increase as our promotional
efforts continue.

We have a sound system appropriate for acoustic musicians and basic stage lighting, plus a full technical crew and a pool of volunteers to handle all the labor.

How about Arts at the Armory in Somerville?

It's not like she hasn't been arranging performance spaces for the last few years :)

Also I think the T@F people know the local spaces pretty well.

It would also be nice if the place is handicapped accessible. I'm far more likely to go if it is. :-)

That's definitely on the list!
