Happy birthday to the lovely devoken!

Hello to new readers denimskater, rivenwanderer, scifantasy, and spacehawk!

Medical
Still bone-tired, unsurprisingly.

Other Arisia Thoughts
Are coming. I need to do panel recaps, and I'm musing on a bunch of other things, like why I did not get laid at Arisia and am totally okay with that (yes, I had chances; yes, it was my choice each time) (which takes a lot of unpacking), thoughts on how I can slow down next year, et cetera.

But I'm still exhausted. One thing I definitely need to keep in mind for next year? Take the next day off. Especially don't make it a day where I'm still on the go from 6am to 10pm. No.

Once Again No Link Soup
See line above.

Plans
Work, then *straight home*. I'll see if I can focus on "Maxfield Parrish Blues", but honestly, I think it'll end up being a napping and housekeeping day.

Thanks so much, 'song!

Yeah, there was kind of a dearth of shenanigans in general this year. I ponder as well.

Next year? MOAR SHENANIGANS.

I think this is a campaign behind which I can enthusiastically get.

Shenanigans. It's What's For Dinner.

I am wildly in favor of MOAR SHENANIGANS. I suspect that it'll be easier without the logistical complications of overflow hotels and a shuttle!

You seemed awesome at the panels I saw you on at Arisia, and it looks like we have friends in common, hope you don't mind me following along :)

Don't mind a bit! :)

I've had that as a convention rule for years, even for the ones I just do as day trips.

Your body and your mind will thank you.

I love when you take time for napping. I was fairly surprised when the day after Arisia, you had 16-hr day. I mean, part one, how very awesome that you are capable of doing that now :D, but part two, why torture yourself? :(

I hope you got all the rest you needed today! :)

It was sadly necessary! The survivor speaker wanted someone she knew as accompaniment - difficult engagement - which narrowed it down to me. And then it made sense to go to Diesel, as I was near there anyway and had people I needed to touch base with...

Tomorrow is a pajama day. I've been beat all week.
